Welcome@FUBerlin Program: Sign-up for New Courses

German Classes, Preparatory Courses, Child Care, Guest Student Status at Freie Universität Berlin for Refugees Interested in Studying / Information Session on April 20, 2017. ' 071/2017 from Apr 07, 2017 Refugees interested in studying at the university can sign up for German language classes and preparatory courses at Freie Universität from now until May 31, 2017. The offerings are part of the Welcome@FUBerlin program open to individuals registered as refugees and who have a university entrance qualification from their home country. Registration for the language classes and preparatory courses is possible via an online form or at the Student Service Center (SSC) of Freie Universität. The language prerequisite is German at the A2 level for the language classes and B1 for the preparatory courses offered by the Studienkolleg. The classes will start at the beginning of September. On April 20, 2017, there will be an information session where interested persons can find out more about the classes offered within the Welcome@FUBerlin program, as well as the new possibilities for child care for those participating in the program and how to become a guest student at Freie Universität during the current spring/summer semester.
