The Technische Universität Ilmenau today (25.10.2022) received the TOTAL-E-QUALITY award for equal opportunities for the sixth time in a row. At an official ceremony in Erfurt, with guests from business, science and administration invited from all over Germany, the jury recognized the successful and sustainable implementation of diversity and equal opportunities in organizational and human resources policies: "Equal opportunities are anchored in the TU’s mission statement and integrated as a cross-sectional task in important strategic documents, quality management and steering instruments."
In 2006, the TU Ilmenau was the first Thuringian university to successfully apply for the award. ...
