Helios University Hospital Wuppertal is a maximum-care facility and, with around 1,000 beds, the largest hospital in the Bergisches Land region. In our specialist departments we offer almost the entire range of medical services. Every year we treat about 50,000 inpatients and carry out about 100,000 outpatient treatments. At two locations, in Barmen and Elberfeld, 2,500 employees work in medicine, nursing and commercial-technical areas and ensure that our patients are cared for around the clock - professionally competent and human.
