Students help develop sustainable designs for their universities from May 11 - 26
Now everybody can join in from home: the first interuniversity sustainability week in Baden-Württemberg will be held from May 11 through 26, 2020 - albeit digitally on the internet. Approximately 50 events demonstrate the breath of sustainability topics. These are aimed at students, employees and members of the public. The goal is to promote sustainability at Baden-Württemberg’s universities and colleges, as well as in research, teaching and business, and in campus life in general.
Numerous student university groups and environment and sustainability groups from seven universities across Baden-Württemberg, including the stuvus sustainability group and various groups at the University of Stuttgart, have come together to organize the digital sustainability week: together. digital. sustainable.
In webinars, workshops, discussions, simulation games and further interactive forums, the topic of sustainability will be viewed from different perspectives and discussed. It is necessary to sign up for some of the events, either to facilitate planning or because the number of participants is limited. A number of lectures and webinars will also be streamed live on YouTube.
