The mentoring program for female students is entering the next round. Are you interested in a career in science and would like to further develop this perspective? StartScience mentees are accompanied by a mentor (doctoral candidate at the University of Stuttgart) for one year. This gives you the opportunity to gain unique insights into the everyday life of female scientists and the chance to better assess and expand your own potential and abilities. Not only does this program offer you the opportunity to meet many interesting and committed people, it also gives participants the chance to develop a professionally relevant network. Would you like to share your experience and support female students in their career planning?. StartScience female mentors share their experiences and contacts with their mentees and provide advice and support in career planning. This encourages mentors to them reflect on their own career paths and strengthens their advisory and mediation skills.
