Photo: Graduierten-Akademie Gradus - The AdvanceScience mentoring program for postdocs, postdoctoral researchers, and junior research group leaders is entering a new round. Applications can be submitted until April 25, 2022. The new call for the AdvanceScience Mentoring Program for postdocs, habiliations and junior research group leaders is open. In this mentoring program, the mentees will be matched one-on-one with an experienced mentor with whom they regularly and confidently exchange ideas and experiences over a two-year period. More information can be found at GRADUS The mentee should be willing to proactively establish and maintain a mentoring relationship. Participation in the kick-off and closing event, as well as the reflection meeting is mandatory. The group size is limited to 20 participants, therefore individual interviews with each mentee are conducted.
