University of Education Weingarten

The Pädagogische Hochschule Weingarten sees its mission in offering academic study programmes for educational professions. The job-related initial, in-service and continuing training of teachers as well as the qualification of students for education and counselling related professions are the core competences of the University of Education. In addition, teaching and learning are the focus of its research, with which it contributes to the national and international educational discourse as a university of science and humanities.
