The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is among the world’s 25 best universities in five subjects and among the top 50 in six other areas. These are among the results of the latest QS World University Rankings by Subject. TUM placed 19th overall in engineering sciences and 28th in natural sciences.

The British university service provider QS Quacquarelli Symonds compiles its university quality rankings through surveys of academics and employers.
