Corona has created a new reality in university teaching: Digital, analog and hybrid formats are to be combined in a way that ideally promotes teaching and learning success. To support this, the Bavarian State Ministry for Science and the Arts has launched the "NewNormal" program. TUM is one of the four pilot universities. In this interview, Professor Karsten Stahl and Rudolf Motzet from the Chair of Machine Elements and Dr. Alexandra Strasser from ProLehre Media and Didactics explain their project of developing a competenceand demand-optimized teaching strategy.
