From 2013 to 2017, Christina Hering earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sport Science at TUM. In 2020, she completed a Master’s degree in Management. In parallel, she successfully advanced her track and field career, specializing in the 400-meter and 800-meter run.
In preparation for major tournaments, such as the recent European Championships in Munich, Christina Hering leaves nothing to chance: Together with Martin Lames and his team from the Chair of Performance Analysis and Sports Informatics , stride frequency, contact times, flight phases and various body data are recorded and played out live to the athlete and her coaches.
