New Science Center founded at TUM
The Technical University of Munich (TUM) has founded a new Science Center in order to improve the health of children and adolescents. The "Center for Health Promotion and Prevention in Childhood and Adolescence" (CHAMPION) will drive interdisciplinary research in the field of childhood health, with a particular focus on prevention.
The Center was founded during the "Interdisciplinary Summit Future of Health - Child Health and Wellbeing" at the TUM Department of Sport and Health Sciences. After a two-year qualification phase it will be further developed into an official WHO Collaborating Center. ...
