IKOM is Germany’s largest careers fair independently organized by students. This forum brings together companies in search of skilled employees with students planning their entry into the career world. Apart from visits to booths manned by company representatives, students can arrange one-on-one meetings. In addition, IKOM offers training for the application process and a CV review service. In the IKOM Arena, representatives of the business sector, academia and government will discuss the digital transformation, artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0.
Nor is the commitment of the 130-member IKOM team limited to the careers fair: At the beginning of June, the IKOM Award , which recognizes small and mid-sized companies that demonstrate exceptional corporate responsibility, was presented for the second time.
