Many TUM students commute to Research Campus Garching by bike. In case of a flat tire, pushing your bike all the way home can be quite a strain - but that’s over! TUM will establish bicycle maintenance stations at all the campuses.
There, you’ll find everything you need to fit a new tube, to pump up the tires, or to oil the chain.
Campus Garching will start off with three of these stations: one between the ‘Exzellenzzentrum’ and the new ‘StudiTUM’ house, one in front of the Physics department, and one at the sports complex behind the interim lecture hall for Mathematics.
