The keynote address will be given by star architect Francis Kéré , who has recently been appointed to TUM.

Europa macht Schule (Europe meets School): guest students as ambassadors
An invitation to all European guest students at TUM: The project "Europa macht Schule" offers you the opportunity to introduce children and young people at German schools to your home country in a very personal way - and at the same time to get to know Germany even better and to improve your language and presentation skills. The project work is a great opportunity to provide school pupils with information about your home country and to introduce them to Europe’s cultural diversity, first hand and in a special way. TUM IdeAward: Applications until November 15, 2017
If you are successfully conducting research at TUM and would like to market your results or even start a business, the TUM IdeAward - with a prize money of up to 15,000 Euros and specific coaching offers - might be your chance. The competition, which was initiated by TUM, the Zeidler-Forschungs-Stiftung and UnternehmerTUM, is intended to encourage scientists to turn their ideas into innovative and competitive spin-offs. What is needed are excellent inventions and technologies with potential for commercial application. You can submit your dissertations, Master’s or Bachelor’s theses, or other project work.
