News from In the REPLACER project, researchers are developing so-called hybrid living materials. The focus is on producing microbial proteins with a low carbon footprint, high acceptance and affordable costs - by using greenhouse gases. The long-term goal: sustainable production of feed proteins. An example of applied research with great transfer potential. The Research and Transfer Centre for Bioactive Matter (b-ACT matter) is coordinating the project.
