At Sevensense we push the frontiers of mobile robotics. Our mission is to build the eyes and brain for the robots of the future! Equipped with our technology, mobile machines can autonomously navigate in dynamic and crowded environments. Thus, we enable new robotic applications in industrial places like warehouses and production plants as well as public venues like airports, supermarkets, and train stations.

We are looking for a passionate teammate who is ready to join our management team and eager to propel a startup company in its scale-up phase. You will take the lead on scaling our business towards a fully industrialized production, on professionalizing our supply chain management, on streamlining internal processes, and on making sure that we deliver the highest level of quality to our customers. As a member of the executive team you will work on optimizing our cost structure and on shaping the value proposition of our products.

Job description

• Have a profound impact on the entire company by scaling operations and production to the next level.
• Lead our hardware production and coordinate our collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers.
• Drive our supply chain and implement best practices in supply chain management.
• Ensure the compliance of our products and production with regulatory requirements.
• Drive our efforts to build up operations, after sales and customer support infrastructures on a global scale.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of industry experience in a similar role.
• A degree in a related field such as production, management, a technical discipline or business administration.
• Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility, initiative and work in a dynamic team.
• Fluency in German is a plus.

The successful candidate brings several years of relevant industry experience. A strong entrepreneurial drive and excellent communication and leadership skills are equally important as a highly agile work attitude and team fit.
