Job description:

The focus of our work is on behavioral science research in the field of business and economic ethics.
We investigate the influence of personal, situational and organizational factors on ethically relevant actions.
We are characterized by a . In doing so, we strive to use complementary, economic and psychological methods to address our research questions.
Fields of work include laboratory and field exper- . We reflect the results of our empirical studies against the background of normative perspectives.

These are your tasks:

  • Work in a dedicated team on joint and own research projects
  • the aim of the work is to produce independent studies or studies produced with co-authors, which should be presented at conferences and published in internationally recognized journals
  • Conducting tutorials, supervising tutorials, master’s and bachelor’s theses, advanced seminars or student consulting projects
  • Willingness for further qualification / writing of a (cumulative) dissertation

  • a university diploma or master’s degree, e.g. in business administration, economics, psychology or related fields
  • previous knowledge in experimental economic research or philosophy, economic and business ethics, econometrics and game theory is an advantage
  • strong scientific curiosity, interest and pleasure in didactic tasks and a strong interest in problems of ethical business management as well as an ambitious academic orientation
  • very good knowledge of the English and German language, both written and spoken
