Aris Fioretos to Give the Fourth CeMoG Lecture at Freie Universität Berlin

On Friday, June 16, the Swedish scholar and writer of Austrian-Greek extraction, Aris Fioretos, as a guest of honor of the Center for Modern Greece, will give the fourth CeMoG Lecture at Freie Universität Berlin. The public lecture will be held in German with simultaneous translation into Greek. Admission is free.
Aris Fioretos, born in 1960 in Gothenburg as the son of an Austrian mother and a Greek father, studied in Stockholm and Paris and at Yale University. In recent years he has received numerous awards for his novels and translations. ...
