"Newsweek Ranking": TUM university hospital is one of the world’s best
As a university hospital of a technical university, Klinikum rechts der Isar benefits from interdisciplinary collaboration between researchers from medicine, nature, engineering and life sciences. The ’World’s Best Hospitals 2023’ ranking puts it in rank 20 worldwide. TUM’s university hospital has improved its position in Newsweek’s hospital ranking. Klinikum rechts der Isar is now among the 20 best hospitals in the world. In a Germany-wide comparison, it is among the top 3.
For the "Worlds Best Hospitals 2023" list, 80,000 healthcare professionals all over the world were surveyed. As in 2022, Klinikum rechts der Isar is ranked third in the Germany-wide comparison behind Berlin’s Charité and Heidelberg University Hospital. The Ludwig Maximilian University Hospital in Munich is ranked 4th. Internationally, the TUM University Hospital was able to improve by two places and is now ranked 20th. ...
