The German-French Colloquium in Berlin is dedicating its lecture program in the 2019/2020 winter semester to the two countries of France and Germany from a global perspective. The first lecture will be given on December 5 by the historian Dr. Silke Mende, Deputy Director of the Centre Marc Bloch, on the history of Francophonie.
