The Faculty of Catholic Theology at the University of Bonn is to confer an honorary doctorate on the Bishop of Antwerp, Dr. Johan Bonny, in recognition of his outstanding service to the synodality of the Catholic Church and the revitalization of its teachings on marriage, the family and other forms of relationship and ways of life.
