The North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences, Humanities and the Arts has admitted battery researcher Prof. Martin Winter from the University of Münster as a new member. In doing so, the Academy is expressing its recognition of Winter’s -outstanding research work- in the field of electrochemical energy storage and energy conversion, in particular in connection with electromobility.
Martin Winter, a chemist, is Professor of Materials Sciences, Energy and Electrochemistry at the Institute of Physical Chemistry.
