Project Manager for Smart Medical Systems
Your Tasks
Your mission
Your mission will be to lead projects in the field of digital health, to promote and enforce project management (PM) methodology as well as to prospect for new collaborations and industrial partners.
Your responsibilities
Act as a PM / System Architect for medical embedded systems
In a transversal role, you participate as an internal customer to determine user requirements, by bringing system-level experience and insights together with demands on documentation and deliverables
Ensure the successful in-time and in-budget development of all the systems related to the medical development (software and hardware)
Contribute to the enforcement of PM methodology for the Project Management Office of the division.
Place of work will be mostly Bern and occasionally Neuchâtel.
Requirements
Know-how
To be successful in this function, you have
An education background in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (HES or EPFL)
Experience in some of these fields: IoT or wearables
Experience in vital signs monitoring (ECG, PPG, IKG...) or active medical devices
Experience in working in normed environments such as ISO 13485 / IEC 62304 for medical device software developments
Proven track record of Project Management with small teams (2-10 people) and knowledge of regular practices.
