We are seeking a pro-active and influential professional, who can lead and collaborate effectively with others to build and develop a new Digital Education Service. The role holder will need to be able to work in partnership with Professional Services and academic Faculties, bringing together and building upon expertise from across the university in order to ensure that digital education enriches and enhances learning, teaching and the whole student experience.
This is an exciting new role that will play a key part in ensuring the development and delivery of an innovative, student-first digital education service, ensuring that digitally enabled learning and teaching is well supported, agile and transformative. The postholder will be directly accountable to the Chief Information Officer, and will support our mission of being a leading university for outstanding practice-led and problem-based education.

Frenchay Campus: This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed – with £300m having been invested recently on new state-of-the-art learning spaces and accommodation while incredible new facilities continue to be developed to enhance our offer even further.
Frenchay campus has excellent transport links; as well as being located near the motorway network we are within walking distance of two train stations, our bus terminus connects us to the local bus and metrobus network and we also have a range of cycling and changing facilities, making our campus the ideal place to work for those commuting to Bristol.
